DANCE HAPPI

After several startups — joining them, founding them — I burned out. And yet: the frenzy of something being born from zero. No money. No one to do it with. No one who trusts you. No work appearing on its own. Watching a business rise from that place is still wildly exciting.

I don’t think work exists only to make money. I also don’t think it’s something you sacrifice your life to. Work is the grandest way to kill time — the thing you pour the most hours into. Seen that way, it’s better to keep dancing unseriously than to stay solemn and think hard about it around the clock.
