ABSENCE

Absence | 20-20-20 Rule Timer & Eye Strain Break Reminder

The standard "20-20-20 rule" dictates: every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break, and look at something 20 feet away. That is not rest. It is a 20-second cooldown period for a biological machine to resume grinding.

We redefine the rule: Work 20 minutes. Rest 20 minutes. Do not just look 20 feet away-walk 20 feet away. Disappear entirely.

(A 20-second option is available for those still bound to the system, but complete absence is advised.)

1. PresenceThe system tracks your face. If you look away, the work timer halts. You cannot fake your focus.
2. AbsenceComplete physical absence. If the lens detects your face during the break, the countdown resets to zero. Do not return until the time is up.
ABSENCE - Strict 20-20-20 Rule Timer
ABSENCE
ABSENCEWhy we built this

Your body is not an algorithm.

The "20-20-20 rule" is not rest. It is a calculated cooldown period designed to keep your biological hardware running efficiently without crashing.

We reject the optimization of the human body.

ABSENCE is a strict detachment system. It does not ask you to look 20 feet away so you can work better. It demands complete physical absence. If the lens detects your face during the break, the timer resets to zero.

Stop cooling down. Disappear.
